The Center for Assault Treatment Services (C∙A∙T∙S) a program of Dignity Health – Northridge Hospital Medical Center has been serving the area since August 1997. C∙A∙T∙S is the only 24-hour, 7-day-per-week member of the only designated domestic abuse and “Sexual Assault Response Team in the San Fernando and Santa Clarita Valleys. We provide the highest level of evidence collection services. C∙A∙T∙S staff all has advanced training as Forensic Nurse Examiners for adult and child interviews. We are dedicated to treating children and adults affected by violence.
Description
The Center for Assault Treatment Services (C.A.T.S.) , for nearly 23 years, has provided critical services to victims of abuse and assault, (sexual assault, domestic violence, and human trafficking) assisted law enforcementmwith evidence collection and coordinated referrals for additional services for victims and their loved ones with no cost to the victims. The Cenetr is the only member of the 24/7 Sexual assault Response Team program in the San fernando valley, Burbank, and santa clarita valleys with an expert team of professionalswho can provide specialized forensic interviews and medical examinations.
